Chocolate Mousse facilitates and accelerates the preparation of desserts. They can be used for creating mousses, creams, fillings for baking goods and puff pastries, and ice creams. Depending on mixing and cooling times, the products offer a wide variety of uses. Dosage to yield 4 servings: For mousse consistency, use 71g of dessert powder + 200 ml of cream and 100 ml of milk. For a cream consistency, use 71g of dessert powder + 300 ml of milk. The content of the jar yields about 3 litres or 40 servings. Preparation: Fill the cold cream and the cold milk into a bowl and stir in the required amount of dessert powder. Use a hand blender or a food processor and whip until the desired consistency is obtained (about 1.5 to 3 minutes - depending on the amount). Pour the cream into dishes and refrigerate them for at least 1 hour. You can also refrigerate the whole mixture. After two hours, it is possible to form shapeless dumplings. Serve the dish with some fruit and a sauce. Advice: Decorate with Kotányi Gourmet Glace orange or wildberries!
