This blend is composed of crushed spices that will give bread its typical taste. The dosage can be adjusted to your personal preferences. As a general rule, however, use 4 tbsp of bread seasoning for 500 g of flour.
Preparation: Mix wheat flour (500 g), salt (2 tsp), KOTÁNYI bread seasoning and some oil (50 ml). Dissolve yeast (10g) in lukewarm water (300ml), add the yeast to the flour and knead the mixture in the food processor for about 10 minutes. Allow the dough to rise for 1.5 hours, add some more flour and form a loaf. Let the loaf rise for another hour then bake it at 200° for 45 minutes. Reduce the heat and bake the bread at 150°C for another 30 - 45 minutes.
