Agartine is obtained from sun-dried sea algae. It is therefore 100% vegetarian and the perfect alternative to animal gelatin.
Dosage: 10g of Agartine are sufficient for 500 ml of liquid. The amount equals 6 sheets of gelatin. Cold uses: Mix 10g of Agartine with 200 ml of water/liquid and let the mixture simmer for at least two minutes before adding the remaining 300 ml of cold liquid. Finally, pour the liquid into your dish. Warm uses: Mix 10g of Agartine with 500 ml of water/liquid before heating it. Let the mixture simmer for at least 2 minutes before pouring it into your dish.
